Our mission is to foster the development of children in reaching their highest potential as responsible and caring adults. We do this by providing quality volunteer mentoring relationships with a supportive adult, and educational programs which are supervised by our professional staff.

The Chardon Square Association, incorporated in 1980, is a volunteer organization of local businesses and community members dedicated to preserving the history and fostering the development of Chardon Square through community projects and events.

We have an adult and youth leadership and civic education program that utilizes site visits, behind the scenes tours and meetings to drive individual and community change.
Maple Leaf Community Residences, Inc., is a non-profit housing corporation that operates in Geauga County housing individuals with disabilities with most of its tenants being referred from the Geauga County Board of Development Disabilities (known as Metzenbaum Center). Maple Leaf also is a Medicaid provider that provides adaptive equipment to individuals with disabilities. Maple Leaf currently owns 22 single family homes and one assisted living facility.
The object of the Middlefield Chamber of Commerce is to more fully promote, develop and maintain the civic, industrial, agricultural, business and social interest of the Middlefield area in Geauga County, Ohio.
