Please review the list below for requirements. Committees will meet at least once per quarter.
(Chair + Co-Chairs of the committees are responsible for working with the Executive Director to set meeting dates/times/location and correspond with committee members)
The Annual Banquet takes place on a targeted Tuesday evening in March and recognizes the contributions of select Member businesses/organizations for their incredible impact in the Chamber and community.
Award Banquet Duties: Plans Annual Banquet by deciding on a theme (finding subsequent decorations), books venue, works on dinner menu and helps secure sponsorships and solicits for and puts together auction items. Day of the event: volunteers will set up/tear down, run registration, sell raffle tickets, etc.
Awards Duties: Committee will meet in December to review application and set up voting process. Will then select winners based on member submissions for Business of the Year, Business Person of the Year, Organization of the Year, Legacy Award & Maple Leaf awards to be recognized at Annual Banquet.
